1、了解当餐提供菜肴的品种、价格、新增菜品，有无重点推销；
2、与厨房及时沟通，了解菜品供应数量，海鲜产品的新鲜程度，主动向客人介绍；
3、根据客人的人数，推荐菜品数量，规格，介绍新推出的菜品和特色菜；
4、按时到岗，接受领导分配的任务；
5、做好所辖区域环境、物品设备、餐具用具的卫生清洁工作；
6、做好开餐前的各项准备工作，及时按要求补充各种物品；
7、按照标准和要求，规范摆台，布置餐厅，了解预订及菜品酒水信息；
8、主动征询客人对菜肴和服务的意见，接受和处理客人的投诉并及时向餐厅领导汇报；
9、积极参与餐厅组织的各项培训活动，不断提高服务技能、技巧，提高自身综合素质；
10、遵守酒店的各种规章制度；
11、完成上级布置的其他各项任务。
