Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into BPMN workflows using Camunda (preferably Camunda 8)
• Design and implement end-to-end process orchestration
• Build and maintain service integrations (APIs, event-driven systems)
• Develop and manage Zeebe workers / microservices (Java, Node.js, or Python)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine workflows and identify edge cases
• Analyze and improve existing workflows for efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Implement error handling, retries, and compensation logic
• Ensure data consistency and idempotent process execution
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in workflow design
• Work closely with data/analytics teams to enable process observability
