PRINCIPAL DUTIES

+ Act as a strong leader and promoter of school safety

+ Promote positive relationships between the school and neighboring community. Serve as liaison between the school and the agency or group in specific situations. Actively supervise hallways, cafeterias, common areas, restrooms, entryways, and outdoor spaces throughout the school day.

+ Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to support a culture of safety, respect, and belonging.

+ Serve as an additional point of contact for student safety concerns, following school protocols for reporting and response.
