            Responsibilities  Identify growth opportunities for user acquisition and channel optimization through data-driven research 
Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase exposure and visibility 
Design and manage DeFi-focused campaigns to drive KPIs such as TVL, transaction volume, and trading volume 
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align campaign strategies 
Develop cohesive go-to-market (GTM) plans with clear timelines 
Leverage historical data and customer insights to optimize the marketing channel mix 
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful ROI 
Support product launches, ecosystem events, and developer programs with targeted initiatives 
 Requirements  4+ years of professional experience in Web3, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3/crypto marketing
