Job Description To support Marketing and Communications, specifically the end-to-end execution of designed campaigns. Assist in campaign management, covering everything from initial research and creative development to live activation/deployment and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities - Content Drafting & Formatting: Assist in basic visual design and copy for multi-channel assets (social, print/digital ads and POSM) and working with creative agency.
- Operational Support: Assist in the campaign execution, schedule posts via CMS/social tools, and coordinate with external vendors or internal stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Monitor live campaign channels, responding to inquiries and maintaining brand voice in real-time.
- Performance Reporting: Assist in pulling data from analytics platforms to create reports and end-of-campaign summaries/post mortem.
