Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc).
Broad understanding of the Upstream business with deep grounding in planning and scheduling maintenance campaigns and turnarounds. A background in Maintenance, Engineering, Project Execution or Production Operations are beneficial.
Skill in the use of Primavera P6 and SAP, or experience in implementing the MIE WPSE Process Flow are key differentiators.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with a lot of personal drive.
Minimum 10 years experiences in planning and scheduling. Experience should be in maintenance planning, turnaround/shutdown scheduling, or project scheduling within oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors.
Understanding of Maintenance workflows, Turnaround/shutdown processes, Job packs, work orders, and resource planning.
