Job Purpose

The Camp Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and supervision of company-provided employee accommodation. The role ensures that camp facilities are maintained in a safe, hygienic, and orderly condition while supporting the welfare and well-being of employees residing in the camp. The Camp Supervisor coordinates accommodation allocation, maintenance activities, housekeeping services, transportation arrangements, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
