About the role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North‑East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
What you’ll be doing - Process point‑to‑point (P2P) bookings and handle related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide real‑time service recovery to affected parties when required, in accordance with established procedures.
- Attend to and manage initial feedback from relevant stakeholders within the defined scope of operational support.
- Support additional operational areas beyond P2P services as and when the operational scope is expanded.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior(s).
