Job title: Call Centre Advisor

Department: Sopp+Sopp, First Response Team

Location: Halifax - This position is office based, you will need to live within commutable distance of the office.

Hours Available:
+ 37.5 hours/week - 10:30 - 19:00 Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays


The role includes a 6-8 week training programme which will include working 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday for the first four weeks.

Salary: £26,288 pro-rated based on hours

Interview Date: Thursday 2 July or Friday 10 July - please ensure you are able to attend our Halifax office on this date

Start Date: 10 August 2026
