High school (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate
At least 3 months of BPO/call center experience
Open to fresh graduates with no call center experience
Strong English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang
Able to work night shift schedule
Willing to commit to a 5-month contract (Opportunity for extension and potential permanent employment will be based on your performance and the company’s needs.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
Provide accurate information and deliver effective solutions
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
