Description
The Member Services team at Regal Medical Group operate in a fast-paced customer service and healthcare coordination enviornment . Representatives act as the primary liaison between members, providers, and health plans, handling inquiries regarding claims, referrals, and eligibility while ensuring an exceptional healthcare experience. For this project the two classes that we hire will start with working out of a Queue managing inboard calls from members, taking detailed meesages and forwarding information to the appropiate department with Regal.
