Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0-2 years preferred, but no experience required
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, Customer Service experience, familiarity with Salesforce, strong work ethic
• Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team
