Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to all employee queries related to HRIS, payroll, HR policy and process
- Provide solutions (which may be customized in accordance with HR guidelines and/or business targets) and implements HR policies/processes/activities in a dynamic environment
- Provide functional expertise regarding HR processes and systems
- Ensure data quality in HRIS systems
- Maintain current HRIS systems and be responsible for data accuracy management
- Partner with HR BP to develop and communicate enrollment and benefit updates to employees
- Plan, communicate, and deliver local site benefit events in partnership with HR BP
- Act as a sensor to the Field HR and proactively raises flags when necessary
