Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly. Document interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes. Meet performance targets and KPIs. Assist with product knowledge and troubleshooting.
HMO coverage (upon day 1), 20% night differential, 13th and 14th month pay, life & accident insurance, and premium allowances.
