Problem-Solving: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service.
Data Management: Document customer interactions, update account details, and elevate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Qualifications
Good oral communication skills.
Lead Generation experience (preferred but not required).
Sales/ Insurance/ Appointment Setter experience is a plus.
Computer literate.
Fast learner, highly trainable with good analytical skills.
Reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
