Duties & Responsibilities:
•Lead projects and create SOP for operation
•Monitoring all import shipments from ETD to DC/warehouse
•Experience with Import Entry procedures rules and regulations for import shipments
•Understand and knowledge of full clearance process from A-Z (CBP, HTS, PGA)
•Deep knowledge with CBP, FDA, USDA
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and meet deadlines
•Track inbound freight and prioritizes documents to ensure timely Entry filing
•Communicate with Freight Forwarders, Broker, warehouses and Truckers
•Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•5+ Years in Freight Forwarding/Customs Brokerage industry
•2+ Years in Entry Writing position
•Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
•Being able to work independently and part of a team
•Knowledge of import regulations and international carriers and routes
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
