GCU UK Ltd is delivering major Full Fibre (FTTP) infrastructure works across Scotland and is seeking experienced Cabling and Subduct Gangs to support ongoing build activity in Aberdeen . This role forms part of large-scale fibre deployment programmes, helping to deliver future‑proof digital connectivity to homes and businesses.
The works will primarily involve sub‑duct installation, fibre cabling and associated civils activities across footpaths, carriageways and private land.
As part of a dedicated cabling or subduct gang, you will carry out installation of sub‑duct, fibre cabling and associated chamber works in line with project specifications and industry standards. You will be required to work safely on the public highway and in live environments, ensuring reinstatement works meet required standards.
