We are seeking candidates with a construction or electrical experience and Level I network experience within a data center environment who are eager to grow their skills in structured cabling and telecommunications.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Install work area outlets for floor, modular furniture, and wall applications (terminate CAT3, CAT5e, and CAT6 jacks, mount faceplates and surface boxes, and follow industry-standard labeling practices).

+ Build and install telecommunications closets, including:

+ Backboards

+ Racks and ladder racks

+ Patch panels and cross-connects

+ Fiber optic hardware

+ Cable management systems


+ Install proper grounding for racks, equipment, and cabling as required.

+ Perform all IDC terminations, including 110 and 66 blocks and patch panels.

+ Conduct cable testing and troubleshooting:

+ Perform continuity testing on horizontal and riser cables<...
