The Opportunity:

Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for Cable Bolt Operators at the Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia. Working a FIFO rotation of 14-shifts on and 14-shifts off (12 hour days).

Reporting to the Project Manager or designate, the Cable Bolt Operator plays a critical role in supporting safe and productive underground development activities through the installation of high-quality ground support systems. This position is responsible for operating cable bolting equipment, installing cable bolts, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of underground operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Operate a DS422i to drill and install cement‑grouted cable bolts in underground environments while managing the onboard automated grout mixing and delivery systems.
