The Cabin Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising, performing & monitoring of all Cabin Maintenance activities on Etihad airways aircraft to deliver high standards of serviceability & appearance to our guests. The cabin maintenance supervisor leads, coaches & mentors Cabin Maintenance teams to develop their proficiency, knowledge & capabilities.

Accountabilities

• Safety & Quality : Ensure full compliance with Etihad Airways, Safety & Quality, Regulatory procedures. Proactively monitor staff health / safety & work performance requirements, ensure tasks are complete using approved tooling & maintenance data. Promote safety and incident reporting culture.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentorship, and training to improve the team’s competence.
• Ensure accurate submissions of Lost Tool Reports are submitted immediately i.a.w Etihad Procedures
