Job Summary: The Buying Coordinator will support the buying team by managing day-to-day operational activities, including CRM updates, release of purchase orders to media vendors, PO & invoice coordination, and campaign-related documentation. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment. The person should be proficient in the excel. Key Responsibilities: CRM & Campaign Data Management Maintain accurate and real-time updates of vendor, campaigns, and buying data in the CRM system.
