            Job Description  Tactical/ Strategic Purchasing (Sourcing, negotiating, placing order, follow updeliveries, etc) 
Vendor Management handling the local & overseas suppliers 
Manage on-time delivery program, expediting delivery of materials to meetproduction requirement, handle supplier shipment discrepancies 
Update daily and monthly planning & purchasing reports, follow up weekly with suppliers on forecasted requirements 
Generating purchasing order, expediting, re-scheduling and handling excess andinventory control management 
Deal with internal company to support RFQ & buy on behalf if needed. 
Ensure timely delivery materials to support the plant’s operation andmanufacturing needs 
RMA management 
Perform other related ad hoc duties assigned to support Purchasing Department
