            Overview & Responsibilities  Issue and manage purchase orders for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated parts per project BOMs 
Monitor PO confirmations, track supplier delivery schedules, and update ERP system accordingly 
Communicate proactively with suppliers to clarify order details, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies 
Follow up on open orders and track delivery dates to support factory production needs 
Align procurement timelines with project milestones and elevate delays or material risks to the Purchasing Agent 
Support BOM reviews and ensure accuracy of part numbers, lead times, and pricing in ERP systems 
Assist in sourcing non-standard components when needed for low-complexity engineering changes 
Collaborate with planners and engineers to interpret part specifications and ensure supplier capability and capacity
