Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Buyer for a 12+ month contract to hire position in Riverside, CA. This role is fully onsite. Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 3:30/4:00pm. Very casual and collaborative environment.

The Buyer is responsible for managing the supply base to ensure that all suppliers meet expectations for quality, delivery, cost, and technology.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the quality performance of suppliers
• Manages the purchase price and total acquisition cost of out-sourced components and coordinates the implementation of cost reduction opportunities
• Conducts make vs. buy analysis
• Prepares and solicits requests for quotes and proposals
