Are you an experienced Buyer with a background in new build residential construction looking to join a close-knit, family-oriented housebuilder?

We're working with a well-established regional housebuilder to recruit an experienced Buyer to join their friendly and supportive team based in central Cornwall.

The Role
Reporting into the Commercial team, you'll manage the purchasing process across multiple residential developments, building strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring materials are available to meet construction programmes.

This role would suit an organised and commercially aware Buyer who enjoys working within a collaborative environment and takes pride in building long-term supplier relationships.
