- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with meat selection, answering questions, and offering cooking suggestions.
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter, with knowledge of different meat cuts and processing techniques.
- Ability to operate meat-cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety guidelines
