Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect all incoming meat and seafood products
Prepare and cut meat and seafood according to specific cuts and portions
Ensure all products are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

Requirements
Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting
