What you will be doing
As part of a team of over 130 butchers, you will support the delivery of daily performance targets by processing pork legs within our state-of-the‑art butchery hall.
Your daily tasks and goals include:
- Production line butchery: preparing pork legs to standard specifications including deboning, rind removal and trimming of the meat.
- Quality and standards: following strict procedures and complying with all technical standards to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
- Safety compliance: adhering to the highest levels of health, safety and food hygiene regulations at all times.
