As Business Unit Manager for MedSurg (Medical & Surgical), you will drive commercial execution across a broad and diverse portfolio, develop high-performing sales leaders, and shape the long-term growth strategy of the franchise. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with direct impact on business performance, customer relationships, and team development nationwide.
Plan, design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and apparatus for the Instruments Division products.
Lead the MedSurg business in Mexico, driving revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and execution of the commercial strategy across multiple product lines.
Manage and develop a sales leadership structure composed of Sales Managers and field sales teams, ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets.
