Analysis Full-time Remote (United Kingdom) £30,000+ (depending on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyse business needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the delivery of effective technology solutions.This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional system requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation such as: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Process flows and data models
• Work closely with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented
• Support system design discussions and contribute to solution options
