Skills & Qualifications:
Must be able to work on a W-2
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Basic SQL or query experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM and Field Service)
