Diversified Systems is searching for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who serves as a strategic liaison between IT and business units, facilitating the identification and implementation of technology-driven solutions to business challenges. This role combines business analysis and project coordination responsibilities, including gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing existing systems and workflows, and recommending improvements. The BSA ensures solutions are well-documented and aligned with business goals, while also driving project execution through Agile methodologies, including Scrum facilitation and sprint planning
