Support in-house advisers by addressing inquiries related to investment and insurance platforms.
Process insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purposes.
Provide technical support and maintain a customer database.
Serve as a liaison between various departments, including Customer Service and Operations, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency while guiding advisers to complete follow up items.
Assist the Business Development team in implementing sales initiatives and support other ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder in Business, Finance, or equivalent background will have higher chances for the post.
