Provide reporting services and/or indicated operations support to the respective region or country of assignment. Strive for compliance with the required reporting KPI. Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately. Establish proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment. Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed. Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients.
