Overall management of the OurWorkplace Mailbox generic inbox and incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, dispatch and other requests relevant to mailing activities.
Physical Mailbox Management
Manage incoming documents and letters received through the physical mailbox located on the ground floor, including distribution.
Mail and Courier Management
Handle processing and distribution of incoming mail and courier items.
Coordinate outgoing courier services with service providers (FedEx and other carriers).
Tracking & reporting of total incoming/outgoing couriers/dispatches for monthly invoicing verifications.
Corrigo Work Order Creation
Corrigo Work Order creation for every incoming/outgoing mail/courier/dispatch.
Ad hoc Administration
Support Welcome Host during lunch breaks or absence from site (whenever required).
