The Business & Relationship Lead (BRL) is responsible for providing operations expertise, customized consulting, and market leadership for Franchise Operators in Canada. The BRL is a brand representative and business partner, responsible for supporting Canada Operators by helping them maximize opportunities individually and collectively.
