Business Rates Officer

£40,182 - £42,060 per annum

Currently a Hybrid Role - 2 days per week at Newham Dockside (Wednesday's and Friday's) 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced business rates officer to join the joint Business Rates Service for The London Borough of Newham and The London Borough of Havering. This role sits within a busy and high-performing team responsible for the billing, recovery, and collection of Business Rates and BID Levys circa £300m across the two authorities. 

You will play a key role in delivering an efficient and customer-focused service, handling a wide range of enquiries and tasks with support the effective collection of revenue across both boroughs. Please see full job description for a full list of duties and responsibilities.
