Job Title: BPO Manager – Fund Operations Overview

Oversees fund operations within a tech-enabled outsourcing model, integrating workflows, data, and reporting to deliver efficient and scalable mid‑ and back‑office services, while embracing new technologies and automation to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, transfers to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate portfolio and investment data capture, validation, and reconciliation (L1/L2/L3 where applicable)
• Support NAV cycles, investor allocations, and reporting in collaboration with teams to prepare timely and accurate financial reports that meet client expectations
