            Chatbot Operations & Optimization  Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 
Optimize chatbot workflows, conversation flows, and knowledge content to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. 
Develop and standardize SOPs, best practices, and performance benchmarks across markets. 
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvements. 
 Project Management  Lead chatbot-related projects across teams and markets, ensuring timely delivery against objectives. 
Coordinate stakeholders, manage project timelines, and track key milestones. 
Provide regular progress updates and performance insights to senior management.
