Role Overview

Our Business Lending Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Kiwibank’s frontline and Business Banking teams. In this role, you will be providing critical support to our Business Banking Managers, managing loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes.

You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and handle customer queries, compliance matters, and other challenges to deliver seamless solutions. You will also get involved in team-wide improvements and exciting technology initiatives.
