Responsibilities:
This role will have primary responsibility for providing support for related functions and features within Maximo and interfaced tools.This role encompasses providing daily support for users, execution of testing for system corrections and for lifecycle validation testing to ensure that there are no adverse effects from system changes due to enhancements or correction of defects.Expectations for daily support can be defined as resolving user issues, identifying the root cause of an issue, determining if issues are training-related, data-related, or system-related, identifying enhancements, capture of design details, various methods of testing, etc.The candidate will be expected to assist team members wi...
