Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting templates within internal systems based on commercial team requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across data sources, reporting platforms, and delivery systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality report delivery; monitor generation processes and fix issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with local and regional commercial stakeholders on reporting and delivery matters.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve system-related reporting issues.
