Collaborate with stakeholders to identify BI and analytics needs; fulfill ad-hoc requests and develop solutions to reduce recurring inquiries 
Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness within defined timelines 
Maintain and optimize data pipelines; provide summaries and visualizations to support stakeholder discussions
