Someone well versed Power BI, AI tools, assist with reporting, streamline processes. Data Background would be ideal.Business acumen, experience working in another FI would be beneficial. Someone who is a strong communicator and strong interpersonal skills. Team collaboration and work in a very fast paced environment. Data Governance and control background would be beneficial.
