Job Title: Business Head

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our Commercial & Industrial solar business in India. You will be responsible for business development, P&L management, client acquisition and regulatory navigation across states. This role demands deep understanding of Indian solar policies and open access frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute India-specific CNI business strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Own the P&L for the CNI vertical, including project costing, financing coordination and risk management.
• Identify and acquire C&I clients: manufacturing plants, warehouses, IT parks, data centers and commercial real estate.
• Lead negotiations for PPAs, open access agreements, group captive structures and EPC contracts.
