Role Summary

Role is responsible to build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, and provide professional, well‑mannered service to the Company’s customers. Ensures patients and customers are confident in the clinical application of our dialysis products.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

• Promotes and sells CRRT medical equipment and/or consumable products to government, private, and NGO sectors; able to develop long‑term business relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor competitor activity within accounts and share actionable insights.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to support customer outcomes and business goals.
• Initiates, coordinates, and executes funding applications for patients.
