• Identify and meet with prospective customers to determine needs and identify new opportunities.
• Participates in the setting of business plan objectives and benchmarks with regard to marketing, initiatives and sales activities.
• Ensure that training programs are in place to enhance end users' skills to enable the company to consistently produce quality products with services that meet or exceed requirements.
• Arrange presentations and demonstrations for customers as required.
• Responsible for conducting pull tests underground, installation audits and provide accurate reports of the testing findings.
