Primary Role: On‑ground enabler of emerging channel and direct selling initiatives, supporting execution at the regional level.
Responsibilities
- Implement emerging channel and direct selling initiatives within the assigned region
- Support activation, onboarding, and day‑to‑day operations of direct selling models
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, ASMs, and field teams
- Monitor execution quality, productivity, and sales performance
- Identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities
- Provide real‑time feedback and insights to the national BD team
