  • Drive strategic account growth and long-term partnerships

  • Identify early-stage opportunities before RFQ and tender stages

  • Work with internal engineering teams to develop tailored solutions

  • Support pricing, proposals, and commercial negotiations

  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements
  • 8–10 years experience in B2B sales / business development / key account management

  • Experience in precision engineering, optics, photonics, semiconductor, or medical device industries preferred

  • Strong ability in solution selling and technical discussions

  • Good commercial and negotiation skills
