About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a critical role on Finmo's go-to-market team. As the first point of contact in our sales pipeline, you will identify and engage high‑potential prospects, qualify opportunities, and set Account Executives up for success across global markets. This role is instrumental in driving growth within both SME and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify ICP‑aligned accounts and key stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Treasury functions
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn, and personalized email campaigns
  • Tailor outreach messaging with relevant context, such as funding rounds, market expansion signals, or FX inefficiencies to maximize engagement
